What is a realistic Goa itinerary for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days?

I’m trying to plan my Goa trip but most itineraries online feel rushed or impractical.

Could someone suggest:

A realistic 3-day itinerary (for short trips)

A balanced 5-day plan (mix of beaches + sightseeing)

A relaxed 7-day itinerary (slow travel)

Approximate daily timings (morning / afternoon / evening)

Whether it’s better to split time between North and South Goa

If you’ve already done a similar trip, I’d love to know what worked and what didn’t.
